A NEW HOME IN ANY LOCATION
Martin Construction Inc. is a father son group of licensed builders in the state of Louisiana; and are members of the Capital Region Builders Association (CRBA), Louisiana Home Building Association (LHBA), and National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Our local home building association, CRBA, covers a nine parish area around Baton Rouge and we typically build in that area. We would evaluate projects outside of that area on an individual basis.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Martin Construction Inc. has been a licensed contractor from day one. We hold a residential and commercial license for the state of Louisiana, which requires general liability and workman's compensation insurance to remain an active builder. As you have noticed on our home page we attend many continuing education classes, of which some have certified us as CGB, CAPS, and CGP. You can see our home page for more detail of these specializations. We actively promote the use of a licensed contractor for all phases of residential construction and or remodeling.
State licensing law provides that any residential project costing $75,000 or greater must be performed by a Louisiana State Licensed Contractor. It also provides any home improvement work in excess of $1500 must be performed by a company/person registered with the state of Louisiana and must carry general liability and workman's compensation insurance.
